<p><b>Whole Body i Vibration exercise</b> works by exposing the you to an increase in acceleration (Gforce) at a high rate of speed that you use for a short time duration. <p>Look at it like this, if you stand on a vibration exercise platform running at a speed of 25Hz with an amplitude of 3mm your body is traveling a distance of 3mm up and down 25 times every second.
